Cancellation Policies

**Cancellation Policy for Alpha Luxe**

At Alpha Luxe, we appreciate your business and aim to provide you with the best experience. To ensure efficient scheduling and consideration for our staff and clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. **Cancellation Notice**: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hrs in advance , a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.

2. **No-Show Policy**: Should you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not pay the associated fees when trying to book future appointments. All fees must be settled before securing any subsequent bookings.
